Please read these Terms of Service carefully. These Terms govern your use of BtcMix (the “Service”). By visiting the website or using the Service (including sending bitcoin privately), you agree to these Terms. BtcMix may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the website. Changes take effect upon posting.
1. Bitcoin and BtcMix
1.1 Information about the Bitcoin network
The Service does not independently send or receive money; it facilitates interactions with the Bitcoin network according to the conditions you specify.
Once the Bitcoin network detects a transaction you have broadcast, that information is relayed to other nodes, users, and companies on the network.
The Service cannot cancel Bitcoin transactions or retrieve funds once broadcast.
1.2 Bitcoin risks
BtcMix does not control and makes no representations about the security or performance of the Bitcoin network. You acknowledge that using Bitcoin entails risk, including price volatility, network congestion, and potential loss of funds. We are not responsible for lost profits.
A Bitcoin transaction may remain unconfirmed for a period of time (typically under an hour, but sometimes longer). If never confirmed, it may not complete.
1.3 How BtcMix works with end users
The Service organizes a non-public transfer from a generated deposit address to one or more recipient addresses. The Service is not liable for actions beyond what is described on the website or in these Terms, including funds sent to the wrong address, duplicate payments, or confirmation delays.
1.4 Your passwords and security
BtcMix has no access to your wallets. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and devices. If you notice irregular activity, contact us via the help center.
1.5 Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
1.6 Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining whether your Bitcoin transactions are subject to taxes and for reporting and paying any applicable taxes. BtcMix does not provide tax advice.
2. Use of the Service
2.1 Privacy Policy
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
2.2 Suspension or termination
BtcMix may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability. Reasons may include, for example:
- actual or suspected violation of these Terms;
- use of the Service that could create legal liability for BtcMix or disrupt operations;
- planned or unplanned maintenance.
2.3 Unacceptable use
You agree not to:
- access the Service by any unauthorized means or use automated processes (e.g., spiders, crawlers) except as permitted;
- modify, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or the servers/networks that operate it;
- degrade, overload, or impair BtcMix performance or any connected network;
- use the website or Service for purposes other than those expressly allowed by these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
- engage in illegal or fraudulent activity, including money laundering, terrorism financing, phishing, forgery, or similar schemes;
- send spam, operate pyramid schemes, or distribute unwanted messages of any kind.
2.4 Service updates
At any time, BtcMix may modify, update, add, or remove features, or discontinue the website or Service.
2.5 License and restrictions
BtcMix grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service as provided by BtcMix and subject to these Terms. This license is for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service or any part of it, except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by BtcMix.
These Terms do not grant any rights to use any application programming interfaces unless expressly permitted. No ownership or property rights in the Service are transferred to you. BtcMix reserves all rights not expressly granted.
3. Users
3.1 Responsibilities
You are:
- solely responsible for the nature, quality, and accuracy of data you submit to the Service;
- responsible for promptly reviewing and responding to notices related to your data and transactions, including messages from our help center.
You will not store or transmit prohibited content, including:
- illegal, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, or otherwise offensive materials;
- materials encouraging illegal conduct or infringing intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
- materials containing malicious code (e.g., viruses, worms, trojans, bots, spyware) that could harm others or BtcMix.
4. Limitation of liability
4.1 Regional restrictions
Do not use the Service where such use would violate the laws of your jurisdiction. This applies both to the Service and to your use of the Bitcoin network.
Because BtcMix does not collect personal information such as your location, you are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws.
4.2 Disclaimer of warranties
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE WEBSITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” BtcMix DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. BtcMix IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES YOU OR THIRD PARTIES INCUR FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS; IN SUCH CASES, THE ABOVE APPLIES ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
4.3 Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BtcMix OR ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, VENDORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR REPUTATION) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
